Summary Beginner

In this scenario, the student carries out an accuracy check on a dispensed prescription item before it is handed to a patient. The student is given a paper FP10 prescription and a dispensed bag containing a labelled medicine box. They must systematically check the dispensed item against the prescription, verbalising their findings to the assessor as they go.

Please ensure that this scenario and mark scheme align with the most up-to-date dispensing standards and SOPs when using it for your OSCE assessment.

You will need a student pharmacist and an assessor for this scenario. No actor is required.
