Welcome to the OSCE Toolbox website. We are a company here to help all Pharmacy students and support them along their educational journey. We want studying Pharmacy and passing exams to be a stress-free simplified experience. This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern the use of the OSCE Toolbox. These terms are a legal agreement between you and the OSCE Toolbox. By accessing or using OSCE Toolbox, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Terms of Use

If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are prohibited from using this site and must discontinue your use immediately. Accounts made are personal and solely for each subscriber and are only for non-commercial use. Login details must not be shared with others.

You agree not to use this website to:

• Harass/abuse/harm others.
• Advertise/sell goods and services.
• Corrupt the security/functionality of the site.
• Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these terms of use.
• Transmit, upload, or send any data or material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or any other harmful programs.
• Access, damage or interfere with any part of a third party’s or our site, network, equipment, or software without authority.
• Transmit, send or upload any unsolicited or unauthorised promotional material or similar solicitation (spam).
• Use any software or applications to screenshot or screen grab/record any content or pages within the website.

Subscription

OSCE Toolbox provides many free resources for students. However, to access certain features of this site, you must have a valid subscription. Instructions on how to subscribe can be found here. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to change the price of the subscription at any point in time. If we do so, we will aim to provide at least 1 month advance notice of the change, however this may not always be possible, so we will endeavour to communicate this as soon as possible. By making a payment to us you are confirming that all details you provided are correct and accurate, that the payment method you use are your own and that you have sufficient funds to make the transaction.

Exam Pass Guarantee Coverage

At OSCE Toolbox, we are confident in the effectiveness of our resources but most of all we want to do everything we can to support our users. Our Exam Pass Guarantee is designed to support users who actively engage with our platform and still do not pass their first-sit and resit OSCE exams. The refund will not be available to users who fail their first-sit exams but pass their resits.

To qualify for the Exam Pass Guarantee refund, users must meet the following criteria:

• Maintained an active annual subscription.
• Have used the website at least once a week, defined as logging in and doing at least 1 scenario during each calendar week (Monday to Sunday) from the start of term time until your exams.

We want all of our users to have the best chance of success and so for users who meet the above criteria but fail their resit OSCE exams and have to resit the year, we offer either free access for the resit year, or a full refund - just reach out to us and we will get it sorted.

If your university does not offer a resit year or you don’t pass the resit year, please reach out to us and we will issue you a full refund.

Claim Process
If you fulfil the criteria and do not pass your resit OSCE exams, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your exam results. To make a claim, follow these steps:

• Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Exam Pass Guarantee Claim."
• Attach proof of your exam results and the email address your account is registered to.
• Our team will review your request and aim to respond within 7 business days, but this may not always be possible.

We will review your activity logs to verify compliance with the minimum usage requirement. We may request additional documentation to validate your claim. If your claim is approved, you will be contacted requesting details for your preferred method for receiving your refund. Once received, we will aim to pay the refund within 30 days, and will contact you once this has been sent.

Resit Coverage

At OSCE Toolbox, we understand the challenges and pressures that pharmacy students face, especially during their OSCE exams. In recognition of our commitment to supporting our users, we are pleased to introduce the "Resit Coverage" scheme. This scheme is designed to provide additional assistance to users who have maintained an active termly or annual subscription within the last 3 months and are currently resitting their OSCE exam.

Users will receive the following benefits:

• Thirty days of free access to our platform, including all premium features and revision resources.
• Continued support and access to our educational materials to enhance exam preparation during the resit period.

To be eligible for the Resit Coverage scheme, users must meet the following criteria:

• Maintain an active termly or annual subscription account with OSCE Toolbox within the last 3 months before applying.
• Provide valid supporting documents, such as exam resit confirmation, to validate participation in an OSCE resit.

Follow the steps below to apply for resit coverage:

• Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Resit Coverage Request."
• Attach accurate and valid supporting documents, such as exam resit confirmation, to the email.
• Our team will review your request and aim to respond within 3 business days with further instructions and confirmation of eligibility, but this may not always be possible.

If granted access to the 30-day free access period, we will give you the option to select your preferred start date. OSCE Toolbox reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the provided documents and deny Resit Coverage if the criteria are not met. Successful application to the Resit Coverage scheme is entirely at the discretion of OSCE Toolbox.
Users acknowledge that access to the scheme is not guaranteed, and OSCE Toolbox reserves the right to decline access without providing detailed explanations. These terms regarding the Resit Coverage Scheme apply to termly and annual subscriptions purchased from the 1st January 2024 and onwards. This scheme is a gesture of goodwill and is subject to change or termination at the discretion of OSCE Toolbox.

Any such links should not be treated as endorsed by us and have not been investigated, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us. Although we maintain it as our utmost priority to protect your data, you are still solely responsible for all data that you provide us with or that we have obtained through your activity on the site. We may provide the opportunity for you to leave reviews on our services/products. If we deem appropriate or necessary, we may remove or reject reviews although we have no obligation to screen and monitor reviews. By posting a review you are agreeing to let us use that review on the site or our other platforms without any charge.
When leaving a review, you must ensure that you:

• Are commenting only on your first-hand experience with us
• Do not use any foul language or profanity
• Do not use any abusive/discriminatory or hate language
