Refund Policy

Introduction
We are a company here to help all Pharmacy students and support them along their educational journey. We want studying Pharmacy and passing exams to be a stress-free, simplified experience.

If, once the trial period has ended, you encounter any problems with the functioning of our site we ask that you get in contact with us for technical support and we will try our best to assist you. If any problems still persist, the steps to request a refund are below.


Refund Process
  1. To initiate a refund request, the user must email our customer support team at oscetoolbox@gmail.com with a detailed explanation of the reason for the request. We also encourage customers to attach any supporting evidence they may have including, but not limited to screenshots and videos and the dates on which the problems occurred.
  2. Each refund request will be closely reviewed by us and we will be in touch to assist you where possible. Decisions will be made on a case to case basis at our discretion.
  3. Our team will aim to review the request and respond with a decision within 30 days but this may not always be possible.
  4. We maintain the right to deny refund requests and again this will be decided on a case to case basis. To improve your chances of receiving a refund please ensure that you do not fall into any of the categories below.

We do not offer refunds if:
All of our refunds are handled by Stripe, please refer to their FAQs to find out more on your refund time if granted at https://stripe.com/docs/refunds?locale=en-GB. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or problems that occur during this problem.

This refund policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. If deemed necessary and appropriate, we will contact you to inform you of any changes. Please frequently check this page to stay up to date on any changes or updates to our refund policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this refund policy, you must immediately stop using this site.
