There is no free trial for the full subscription experience, however we do have several free full scenarios from a range of topics to try out before you make any decisions.

Yes! All you have to do is go to the “My Payments” section and turn off auto-renew.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with details and supporting evidence. We review requests individually and aim to respond within 30 days. Refunds are not granted if you change your mind or purchase by mistake. Stripe handles all refunds; refer to their FAQs for more information. This policy may change without prior notice, so check regularly for updates.

No, we are built for students already but click here if you are an educator or institution. Any discounts will be advertised on our social media posts so check @oscetoolbox on Instagram or TikTok so double check here!

As often as we can. However, to keep consistent high quality we do take small breaks to review current scenarios and update them so you can always assure the information is correct.

At the moment the limit is 1 screen per subscription. However we do have tiers of subscriptions in the works and this will include optional add-ons with one being multiple screens allowed on one subscription, so keep your eyes peeled.
