In this scenario, a junior doctor on a cardiology ward has prescribed clarithromycin 500mg three times daily for a chest infection for a patient already taking atorvastatin. The student must identify the clinically significant drug interaction and the dosing error, and communicate this appropriately to the prescriber.


You will need a student pharacist and an actor for this OSCE station.
