In this scenario, the student is tasked with counselling a 35-year-old patient who is taking a Direct Oral Anticoagulant (DOAC) and has missed a dose. The student must be guided in managing this situation. The scenario evaluates the student’s ability to communicate effectively and offer clear, reassuring advice.
